KPI conducts research on timely issues as determined by its board of directors. In addition, KPI will also conduct research consistent with its mission on a contractual or grant basis for individuals or groups, and will post or publish research conducted by others in which the board of directors finds particularly relevant to the issues facing Kansas. KPI research will focus not only on good policy analysis, but also on how to make it understood by a wider public.
