Amendment to the Kansas Constitution needed

Neither the Kansas nor the US Constitution mentions a right to vote, let along a right to have your vote count equally. If there were such an explicit right, it would give a stronger cause of action against many forms of antidemocratic manipulation, including gerrymandering and proof of citizenship tests for registration. It would also be helpful if we required the state rather than the individual to be responsible for registering all citizens.
So, Democrats and moderate Republicans, what about waging a concerted campaign for a Kansas Constitutional Right to Vote?
